SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping within Australia costs $9.95 for orders under $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $99 or more. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, weather, peak periods, or remote and regional destinations.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact hello@soulscentscandles.com with your order number. For damaged parcels, please include clear photographs of the parcel and product so we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
